Starting therapy can feel both hopeful and overwhelming, and finding the right therapist is an important part of that journey. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental, collaborative space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered. We'll work together at a pace that feels comfortable and meaningful.
My practice is grounded in a strengths-based, client-centered approach. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic principles to better understand the patterns and histories that shape our thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Together, we will identify your strengths, clarify what matters most to you, and develop skills that support living a life aligned with your values.
As a clinician-in-training, I am passionate about supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, grief, life transitions, relationship struggles, and substance use concerns. I also have experience working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and older adults. I center intersectionality, and work to appreciate the unique ways in which different identities and systems of oppression influence each person’s experiences.
