Whatever patterns, questions, or pain you may bring, therapy is your space to make self-compassionate change happen. I see the counseling process as a collaborative, client-centered time for exploring patterns, story, and skill-building for your relationships to yourself and the world around you.

As a clinician-in-training, I love creatively working together with clients to discover which research-based interventions work best for their healing process. I have experience utilizing executive functioning skill-building, narrative, art, emotional regulation, somatic, and mindfulness approaches to counseling. In short: my style of therapy is warm, client-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in curiosity.

As a queer, disabled Irish-American, engaging in topics of politics, religion, and relationships is both my lived experience and my passion. I am committed to providing counseling services that recognize these intersections of potential pain and power within myself and others (race/ethnicity, gender/sexuality, disability, immigration status, socio-economic status, religion/spirituality, etc.)

I currently specialize in treatment of:
- LGBTQIA+ issues
- Depression/ Anxiety
- Navigating ADHD
- Religion/Spirituality shifts
- Relationship concerns (self, friends, family, political environment, partners, earth, etc.)

Whatever your pain may be, I look forward to learning more about and from your lived experience as we work together towards healing.
