Many people who come to therapy do so because they are struggling or have a more general sense of feeling stuck. Maybe you understand the problem or can see yourself repeating a pattern, but feel you cannot fix it. Or maybe you’re not quite sure what’s wrong, but have a sense deep down that things are off, and that you are not living life on the terms you’d like to.

I see therapy as a space where we can dive deep and collaboratively explore the forces shaping your current experiences—understanding them and gradually working towards change. I take a psychodynamic approach, meaning I am interested in how your past shapes your present, the patterns that emerge in your relationships, and the complexities of your internal emotional landscape.

I look forward to getting to know you and building a meaningful and honest relationship together.
